Immunoprecipitation analysis of 200ug extracts of 293T cells, using 3 ug Phospho-CREB1-S133 pAb (AP0019). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Phospho-CREB1-S133 pAb (AP0019) at a dilition of 1:1000. 293T cells were treated by 10% FBS at 37℃ for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.
