EJOLIFE understands that your work could change the world, so we do everything to support you. All the products will be sent out by One-day Express shipping, so you will expect to receive your products in the next day after it sent out by us.

üOrder processing is Monday – Friday (excluding federal holidays) from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
üWe are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
üWe do not deliver items on the weekend or federally recognized holidays.
üWe will send you a shipping confirmation email upon order sent out for delivery.
- Returns & Refunds
At EJOLIFE, we understand the importance of using products with high quality and lot-to-lot consistency. For this reason, we and our partner companies perform strict quality control and validation of the products that we provide to you. If any of our products do not meet the performance standards detailed in the product datasheet, we will replace it free of charge (please refer to our Terms of Service for detailed information). Simply call or email your sales manager and he or she will be able to take care of you right away.r
