Immunoprecipitation analysis of 200ug extracts of Jurkat cells, using 3 ug Phospho-Lck-Y505 pAb (AP0285). Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Phospho-Lck-Y505 pAb (AP0285) at a dilition of 1:1000. Jurkat cells were treated by Hydrogen Peroxide (2 mM) at 37℃ for 2 minutes after serum-starvation overnight.

It contains N-terminal sites for myristylation and palmitylation, a PTK domain, and SH2 and SH3 domains which are involved in mediating protein-protein interactions with phosphotyrosine-containing and proline-rich motifs, respectively.
