The kit contains an RNA truncated adapter, uses RNA index primer for PCR to add a unique index to each sample. Truncated adapter has higher connection efficiency than full length adapter and can reduce the generation of Adapter dimer;
Stranded mRNA-seq Lib Prep kit for illumina contains mRNA Capture module, First Strand synthesis module, Second cDNA synthesis module, DNA Lib Prep module and ABclonal RNA index primer. All buffers and enzymes required for mRNA Lib Prep are included.
The kit labels Second strand cDNA with dUTP during the synthesis. The Second strand is hydrolyzed by UDG enzyme before PCR enrichment step, to make sure all the sequence data is from the First Strand cDNA, which retains the mRNA strand orientation, to reach the need for strand-specific mRNA-seq.
